• Afterpay: Flexible and convenient. Payments take 2–7 days to process, with a 2–3 day transfer to our banking account.

Once your payment is received, your order will be promptly prepared for dispatch. You’ll also receive an estimated delivery date, along with any assistance needed for installation.

Delivery

Our delivery is managed by our trusted partner, REECE. If an item is not immediately available, it may take up to 3 business days to arrive at their location. REECE will contact you directly to arrange the delivery of your order.

Installation

For customers in Sydney, Central Coast, or Newcastle requiring installation services, please purchase our Installation and Commissioning Service. As part of this service, we will personally collect your purchased items and deliver them on the same day as the installation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
